The $271,000 grant will fund a two-12 months self-assessment job that will include a faculty study, target teams, and scholarship and specialist development assist for 10 school users.

Jiajia Dong, professor of physics & astronomy and associate dean of college, normal sciences & arithmetic, is the project’s principal investigator. She is collaborating with Erin Jablonski, interim dean, University of Engineering Professor Abby Flynt, arithmetic and Professor Sue Ellen Henry, education, on the challenge.

These college customers will develop and administer a faculty survey subsequent calendar year that will concentration on three levels of the Bucknell college knowledge — recruitment, retention and pathway towards development.
